We had a good fourth of July. Dee and I bought Ryleigh and Dustin a little ghetto pool. It is not much, but they love it. We went to Fort Stewart to watch the fire works. They were supposed to start at 9:30. We had to wait for their guest singer to quit singing. I think it was Derks Bentley(country singer) So finally at 10:45 the fireworks started. Dustin was already asleep. Ryleigh was getting a little cranky. After the fireworks started Ryleigh was amazed. The next morning she asked if she could go see the fireworks again. I told her that we only got to see them once a year. It was a good night.

Time for another update. We had to say goodbye to Sierra. Her and Harley got along very well. We can't wait to see her again. Ryleigh and Dustin have been to the park a couple times. I had to work on Dee's birthday so I just gave him a Harley Davidson T-shirt and we plan on going out to dinner. He did not want anything. He wants to be able to enjoy himself when we go to Nevada. Only ten day's away. Ryleigh is excited that she is going to fly on a plane to see her grandma and grandpa. Dee went for a ride on the Harley today it was a short one because it is so hot. I will find out in another how I did on the Post office test. We hope that leejoe and family can find a way to get over there when we are there. Love you all.

We are having a good time in KY. We have had a good time getting to know Sierra. We are sad to have to see her go. MRS. Dickerson and I took the baby's to the petting Zoo. Ryleigh liked the hamsters. They had monkeys, Zebras, camels and a lot of other different animals. I wish we would have brought some bread or carrots for all of the animals. Dee and his Dad went to the race track to bet some horses. We head for home bright and early in the morning. That is if Dustin will sleep for us tonight. He has woken up every night that we have been here and wanted to stay up. I don't get it. Ryleigh loves her older sister. She keeps asking where she is. OH yeah! One of the major reasons for the trip this time I took a test for the post office to be a carrier. I don't know how I did. We will see what happens in the next three weeks.

I had my job interview. I was the first to go. I have never had to go in front of a board. They ask you lots of questions about what you can do to help improve there unit. And questions about your job. I did pretty good on all of those. Anyway to make a long story even longer I did not get the job this time around. They are having a couple more openings in December. So I will try again. This time I will know what to expect. Ryleigh and Dustin are up to the usual stuff. Playing and fighting each other. We hope that in the next week we can go up to KY. I have a test that I am signed up for with the US postal service. It is not a full time job it is a substitute position. But it would get my foot in the door to a federal job. Dee is out golfing this morning. He likes to go before it gets to hot. Yesterday He took Ryleigh. He said that she asked a lot of questions. But she is going through that phase. The batteries on my camera died so I have to go get more so Here are a few older pictures.

What a weekend. I am supposed to be enjoying my first weekend off with my family since training. But Thursday morning I went to get a pedicure, and my foot started to hurt that night. I went for a run and I took off my shoe and my toe was swollen. So I took some medication thought it would help. Then went to bed to see if I could sleep it off. That night we made the decision that I needed to go to the ER so I did. The DR. Said that it was infected and I got antibiotics and pain killers. The pain killers have had me sleeping like crazy. I think this is the most I have slept in my life. But it helps with the pain. Monday I have a follow up. They will tell me if I need to take off my toe nail. I will not be a very happy person if they have to take my toe nail. So wish my nail good luck. Ryleigh Dustin Dee and I went for a walk last night the kids got a chance to play at the park. I limped around the block. Yesterday Dee took his tests to see if he was certified to teach. He does not feel very good about the test but we will see what happens.

It has been a while since my last blog, but I have a good excuse. I have been in Wisconsin doing some military training. It was a long week. The weather was great though I think one day it got over 80 degrees. That was one of the only days we had to be in gas masks and chemical suits. That was hot. While I was gone Dee had his share of excitement. Sierra arrived I got to see he for about a second gave her a hug. Then we both went to sleep. Dustin is telling us when he needs to go to the bathroom. Not every time, but he is close enough for a 20 month old. Ryleigh is going through a phase that she feels like she needs to tell us when she has to go. So I guess that she does it so she gets the good girl like Dustin gets the good boy when he goes. We got tickets to go to Nevada in July. But I have to change them because they are making us do a four day training exercise. I applied for an active duty position on the base. It looks good for me because I am the only female that applied. Sorry I have no photos to post I am at work. But I will catch up with my blog later.

We had a very fun filled day yesterday. To start the day we took Ryleigh and Dustin to McDonald's for lunch so they could play in the play place. Dustin started to get adventurous and climbed the slide. He got all the way to the top looked down and waved at his daddy. Ryleigh spent some time playing with some boys that were there. Then she decided that she was not in charge and wanted to go home. So we stayed a little longer. By the time we left it was time for Dustin to take a nap. So I put him to bed when we got back. Dee took a nap too. After they woke up we packed up again and took the babies for a car ride. We went on post and found a good playground. Dustin picked up every stick, so he could play with them. Then the bugs started to eat us up and Dustin busted his lip open on a playground toy. We came home had dinner, and I replaced the bike tire and went for a ride. That was while Dee watched his playoffs.

I just thought I would post a picture of the little man eating his ice cream cone. I think that he liked it. After I got off work today I ran a mile and a half. It has been a while so I was not sure how I would do. I thought it would take me at least twenty minutes. I finished in 15 minutes and 42 seconds. So I did better then I thought. I still need to work on it. After I got home I went to bed. I slept for nine hours. I guess I was trying to recover from the run. Ryleigh went out and played in the backyard while her daddy mowed the lawn. When she came in she said, that her head was all wet. As she wiped her for head. I let her know it was sweat. Then she drank a glass of water. About an hour later she told me that she wanted to go to bed. Poor baby.

Sorry, it has been a few days. I have not been very busy, just lazy. The babies are doing very good. Dustin has been practicing ready set go. He squats like he is setting then he says go. He gets up and starts running around the house. What a precious baby's. Ryleigh is making carpet angles. The babies really know how to get on each others nerves. Dee and I are selling the cougar on e-bay it has a few more days. No one has bid on it yet. We will see what happens. Dee is looking at all of the corvetts and I think he has one picked out. I will be turning ion my application for active duty national guardsman this week. I wont know until after the 30th. So we have a lot going on. My new car is great I love it. The trusty old Durango is glad to get a break.

Thursday, May 18, 2006

Today I spent most of the day on the computer working on my resume, and my application for an AGR position. The baby's have been quite busy beating each other up. Yes it has already started. Dustin has no problem holding his own. He already uses different weapons like plastic golf clubs. Ryleigh comes running into the room letting us know what Dustin hit her with. Then a few minutes later they will be hugging and playing together again. It is just the beginning. They put us back on orders so we get all of our medical benefits back.

Were back,
we had a good couple days. We looked at lots of homes. Only a few of the were worth looking at again. We Got home around 8:30am this morning. We drove through the night. We did not get much time with Ross, but it is more time then we have had in the past twenty years. Dee is going back up on Wednesday and Thursday.Thank you Connie. I hope that everyone had a good Mothers Day. Connie got a small gathering of family together. I learned to play PO-ken-O. A mix between Bingo and Poker. It was fun. Ryleigh and Dustin always have more then enough fun when they visit. I just thought I would put up some pictures that Connie took on Sunday. Just in case her computer decided to be a pain in the neck. I need to go to bed I have to work tonight. I took pictures of pictures so they are a little blurry.

Monday, May 08, 2006

We are looking forward to seeing ross this weekend. Dustin and Ry are both doing very well. Ryleigh is really getting the hang of the computer. All of the games that she has been playing have been educational. So I do not feel bad for letting her play for an hour at a time. Buy the way I will have you all know. I picked the Eight horse to win in the Derby. I guess I should have put some money on him. I took a blow dryer to Ry's hair, Just to see how long it was. I can't believe that when she was two She hardly had a little pony tail. Look at all of that hair.

Thursday, May 04, 2006

This morning we all woke up early. We dropped the Volvo off to get detailed. Then went to breakfast. After breakfast we went to Tybe Beach. Ryleigh and Dustin had a good time. Ryleigh and her daddy tried to build a sand castle. Dustin just wanted to play with a stick. We only stayed for an hour or so because the wind started to pick up and Dustin was soaked. So we went back to the car. On the way we stopped to get a Starbucks Vanilla cream. Now we are all tired. So we will see if we can get some shut eye before we have to pick up the car.

Tuesday, May 02, 2006

Well, we finally did it. We had an itch and we scratched it. I guess in this case I had an itch. Dee gave in to let me get a car. Not just any car. My Volvo. It is a 2000 Volvo S80. We got a really great deal. It only had 57,100 miles on it. It was an early mothers day present. Dee said, that that should take care of the next five mothers days. Year right..... Ryleigh wants to ride in it but has not gotten the chance. She asked me this morning if she was going to go for a ride. What a doll. Anyway I love it I just thought I would spread the good news. I have been up for 27 hours and I have to go back to work in five hours. We had a mandatory meeting this morning. So I will drop a line later.

Sunday, April 30, 2006

What a busy day. While Dustin took his nap Ryleigh and I washed the Durango. Then we all when to the Golf Course. Dustin had a huge smile on his face until we tried to put him back in the cart to go to the second hole. What a little terd. He even jumped twice and landed on his butt in this tantrum. So instead of continuing. Dee and Dustin went back home while Ryleigh and I played Nine. Well, Ryleigh just supervised. But she was very good. Sorry no pictures. Then after I got done with the front Dee came back and I took the kids home and he played the front nine. After we picked him up we took the kids to a local park. They were having fun until the sand nats decided to show up. So I think that bed time is coming very quickly for them tonight.

Friday, April 28, 2006

Ryleigh is really doing well on her ABC's and learning to use the computer. Dustin is going through a take off his pamper phase. He uses the toilet every time we put him on it. We are looking to go up to KY. The second week of May. We are going to try and sell the cougar. We might regret it later. No good reason except we would like a more family friendly car. It still looks so good everyone turn there heads when they look at it. It will be hard to let go.

Monday, April 24, 2006

It is finally my day off. Sadly it is being cut short again. Tuesday we have to go qualify on the 240 bravo and the M249. If you don't know what I'm talking about they are really big guns. Both of the babies are sick. So am I I have a very sour throat. And it is getting worse. I don't have time to go to sick call. Maybe if things don't get better I will go Wednesday morning. I took some pictures of the kids a few days ago playing outside and some of them in the tub. They are cute so enjoy.

Saturday, April 22, 2006

Dee and the babies played there little hearts out outside. Dee said that Ryleigh and him raced from one end of the fence to the other. Dustin tried to keep up. I, of course went to work. The we have booked our flight out to Nevada. We will be there the 12th - the 18th. I really need to change the days I hit the wrong Button and did not realize the mistake until I confirmed. So I will see what I can do. Well I have to go back to work drop us a line.

Thursday, April 20, 2006

We are back home our trip took 16 hours instead of the 14 1/2 that it was supposed to take. Everyone had the same idea. Get back to work before Monday. We had to wait at a lot of toll booths. The kids slept through the night. It made it easy to put some miles behind us. I think that we got a lot of good pictures of the kids while we were up there. Dee went out and played a round of golf yesterday. He got to use his new Driver he loved it. This morning he is off to get new tires put on the Durango. Ryleigh and Dustin have recovered from there road trip. Dustin got a Soccer ball from the Easter Bunny. He has been kicking that around the house. Ryleigh got the Barbie mermaidia. They looked so cute on Sunday. We had to miss church on Sunday I needed to get on the road to make it back home in time to get some sleep. The top picture is the best picture the kids and I took together. Sorry We will try harder next time.

Friday, April 14, 2006

We had a busy day yesterday. Devanie had to mail packages, go to the grocery store, pick up dry cleaning, drop Sierra at pre school, and the we did some Easter shopping. After all of the important stuff was done we went to McDonald to let the kids play. The weather has been pretty nice. We were going to go to the park for lunch. Dee called and said that he was having a good time. He said that it was 95 degrees. Dustin knows how to turn a doorknob know. And yesterday he said Shirt. What a big boy. Ryleigh is having more fun then she can handle. She loves playing with her cousin's.

Wednesday, April 12, 2006

We made it to my sisters house in CT. It was a long drive, but we split it up by stopping at Fays house to get a little rest. I think I have had a total of eight hours of sleep the past 72 hours. I can't wait to get some good sleep tonight. Harley is holding up well. He loves to travel. Yesterday there was a truck behind us while we were stuck in traffic. The people were taunting him. He was showing his teeth and growling. He is my little watchdog. I don't think he would let me down. Dee is out in Phoenix golfing with his friends. He says that he shot an 88 yesterday. That is really good. He had a really good time. Ryleigh has not stop talking and playing not even to eat. Dustin is still trying to recover from the road trip. We go back on Sunday after we see what the Easter bunny has to bring.

Friday, April 07, 2006

I got the taxes done. We ended up OK. I just hope that I did it right. I followed all the steps. Of course I took the Audit insurance. Ryleigh and Dustin have got the chance to play out side the past couple of days. The weather has been so nice. Dee and I got the babysitter to come over and watch the babies again. We went and saw Larry the cable guy health inspector. It was Very funny in the beginning. Then it started to get boring. Dee fell asleep. I thought it was pretty good though.

Monday, April 03, 2006

This morning Dee went out to the gold course, and I took the kids to wash the car and go to McDonalds. They needed to get out. Last night Ryleigh finally wanted to wear her dress that Niki and Ross got for her. She looked so cute I took a few pictures. Well I have to go to work.

Friday, March 31, 2006

Last night Dee and I decided to use our new babysitter again. We went and saw Inside Man. It was a good movie. The kids are spending a lot of time lately playing with each other. They take the Tonka trucks and push them around the kitchen and the living room. I think it is great. The harder they play the longer they sleep. Tomorrow is Guard Drill. They are making us stay the night again. They say it helps build the sense of family they feel that we need. Yea.... Dee went and played a round of golf. He said, that he saw the Golf courses seasonal Gator. He took a picture of it on his phone and sent it to me. He was so far away (smart) that you could not tell unless he told you what the little green blob was.

Wednesday, March 29, 2006

It has been over a week since my last blog. I we had a long week. We went to Louisville KY. The babies had a lot of fun. Dee and I got a chance to go out and golf together. That was the first time since Hawaii. I think that we have come to a major decision that we are going to movie to KY. It is the truth, We are moving again. we just feel that there is not much to really keep us here. Family is the most important thing and we really want to give the kids a chance to enjoy that. Plus the job prospects down here a slim to none. Dee is still nonstop hunting with no success. We don't know when we will go we are not in any hurry. The conditions need to be right all the way around. We are not looking forward to winter. No more palm trees for us. Look out pine trees here we come.

Sunday, March 19, 2006

Today Dee and I have been married for five, almost always happy years of marriage. And and eternity to go. I have the pleasure of going to work today so. Dee got a babysitter and went and played a round of golf while I slept. So we need to get together and go out on my next day off. The babies are all doing well. Ryleigh never got the Flu. Dustin is still a little crabby but he is 90% better then what he was. Harley is doing good. I think that he still looks for peanut. We got peanuts remains back this week. Now we need a good place to put him. So now I need to get back to work. Keep us in your prayers. He really is happier then he looks. He does not like to take pictures .

Thursday, March 16, 2006

Poor Dustin down for the count. He has his first Flu. Ryleigh has never had the flu, But I see one in her near future. Dustin has not been himself. He tried so hard to get up and dance to the backyardagains. I don't think that he even made it through the first ten minutes without going to sleep. Ryleigh has been keeping herself entertained. She keeps telling me that she is sick and that I need to take her temperature. So we pretend. So what kind of pointers do all of you veterans of the flu have. Dee went out and played a round of golf yesterday. After he got back Ry and I went to the local Wal-Mart and got some new cloths and some stuff for dinner.

Sunday, March 12, 2006

We took Ryleigh and Dustin to the bowling alley on Saturday. Ryleigh would not have anything to do with it. Dustin was so excited about it that he kept picking up the six pound ball by himself. Then about five frames into it Dustin was tired of the whole thing. So we went to the store an bought Lady and the Tramp. Today Dee and I got a babysitter. We took a Harley Davidson road trip to Savannah and had dinner. It was a nice evening. The baby's had smiles on there faces when we got home. That is always a good sign. Dustin likes wearing Dee's helmet. I think he was pretending to ride a motorcycle. The weather has been beautiful so today I will take the kids outside. Maybe I can get some good snap shots .

Friday, March 10, 2006

I worked my first night shift last night. I always feel like I hit a wall at three o'clock. Dee has a long over due Dr. Appointment. It took our insurance company at least two week to decide weather or not he was tri care standard or prime. His Dr. In Tucson could not fill his prescription because we moved out of state. So Dee had to milk his last three pills. I can't wait until he feels better again. The babies are both doing very good. Dustin helped clean up his blocks . He is getting to big to quick. It is freaky that he already understands what we tell him. After he helped pick up his block he decided that he should sit in the bucket. It was so cute I had to take a picture. Last night Ryleigh read me a book and sang me a song over the phone before she went to bed. Because I was not home to read her one.

Wednesday, March 08, 2006

We finally did it. It is official Sierra is as good as here on the 31st of May. So if you want to see her you have until the end of June. I hope that she is as excited as we are. As of today I go back to working the night shift. Today I gave Dustin his first sucker. He sucked on it for about 15 minutes then he decided that it was more fun watching his hands stick together. It is after 2:00 and he is still awake. Note to self no candy ever. Ryleigh enjoyed her sucker too. Only she kept asking for another sucker. Dee went and played 9 holes. I went and tanned. So now it is time to go to bed. See if I can get a couple of hours in before work.

Monday, March 06, 2006

The babies are watching Tom and Jerry eating popcorn it is so cute. They were being nice to each other the were both sitting on the rocking chair. Then one of the two started to get greedy with the popcorn. So now they are both on the floor making a huge mess. Dee is going to go to the movies tonight. I'm going to stay home and study. I have a test to take in the morning. I don't have much else to say so enjoy the pictures.

Thursday, March 02, 2006

What a week. Dee is a happy camper the weather has been nice so he has had a chance to take his bike out. Now that it has it's new pipes. Daddy took the babies to the park it wore them out. Sleep well babies. I have had a couple busy days at work so I have not been in the mood to sit and write. So I'm sorry for being lazy. As a matter of fact the man of the house is looking over my shoulder at my typing skills. He does not want me to look like a fool when I spell things wrong. I went in to my class today and tomorrow I have to teach one. But the busier I am the faster the days go by. I have to take a test on Tuesday. So I got Monday off. I took a couple of pictures of the kids hammin it up so enjoy.
