Update on the farm.

It does not look so good. I pulled my first ear of corn today it is pathetic. I don't think that corn a two and one foot should be tasseling. I have corn nuggets. what a disaster, the cucumbers are still flowering but not doing any thing else. I planted some potato's and I think that they are going to be successful. The tomato's got eaten by those Green horn worms. I thought that I had rabbits, or they wilted because of the heat, then I took a close look and saw those little bastards on the stem. It was to late. The watermelon is still to early to tell but of the ten or so seeds that I planted only two sprouted and doodles stepped on one. On a positive not the rosebushes in the front of the house are doing very well so are the little queen palms.

The babies are doing very well, Dustin is doing good potty training and ryleigh is always telling on he. They are so good at playing together. It might only last a few minutes then they want to beat the snot out of each other. I cherish the moments that they are enjoying themselves. Dee got a new set of golf clubs for fathers day and Ryleigh made him a card. I have been working a lot and doing school. It will all slow down when school starts up.

It has been another busy week. The babies have been spending lots of time at the babysitters, but it will pay off. I had drill this weekend. I got to play op 4 (for training, we attack groups of people to see how they would react) just like good guy bad guy. I have bites from who knows what all over the bottom of my leg. Dee is training all week. It was so cute yesterday I asked Dustin if he had a good time playing with the other kids yesterday he paused for a second the he said, " uh yeah." It was so darn cute. Ry is enjoying the other kids too. The picture is of Ry and dustin watching 3-D Sherk.

We had a good weekend. We asked the Hargises to watch the babies and we rode the Harley to Savannah, and had dinner at the Macaroni Grill. Dustin and Ry are having fun this summer they have been out side a lot of the time and are starting to get the Coppertone bottoms. I had to work Saturday and It was raining the whole time I was delivering mail. That sucked. Anyway Friday I went over to do Lorie's hair for the Ball that they were having and I ended up doing four ladies hair. I took pictures of almost all of them. The picture is of Dustin and his new Spiderman shirt. He loves spiderman He has never even seen the movie but he loves him. Anyway, back to the books. Love you all.

Yesterday, after I got back from work and Dee went out played a few holes. We took Ry and Dustin to the Drive-in movie. We went to go see Schrek. It was pretty good. I still think that one out does all of them. They only started to get into the movie at the end. I think that is because they were getting tired. It was after eleven o'clock when we got home. So today after Dustin woke the whole family up. Daddy went to play some golf with his friends. I went out and mowed the lawn, and intend on washing my car. That about raps it up talk to you soon.

It has been a long weekend, and we cant seem to get rid of the sickness. Dustin had a fever and a sore throat this weekend and now I have a sore throat and fever. I don't understand why, I have not been able to eat much. But after I got the sore throat I did not think about the root canal. Dee is up in Macon this week, luckily it is the last week that we have to do without him. I ran my first route by myself. I think that it went OK. One of my co workers said that it took her until ten o'clock to get her mail delivered. I was only out an extra hour an five minutes. I was worn out. It was on my way home that I felt my fever and sore throat coming on. I signed more paper work for my promotion. So , If I don't go full time guard I will be promoted. Ryleigh has got to play in the water all week, and is getting so dark. I wish I could tan that easy. Dustin almost has the potty mastered. If only he would go before he started to tinkle. He pinches it of and finishes up in the potty.

We have a Pre school Graduate. She had her little graduation yesterday. She had two solo's and she did sing them but you could hardly hear her. It was so cute. Dustin was so engrossed in all the toys in the other room we hardly saw him except when they brought the snacks out. Ryleigh asked me this morning if she had school and she was sad when I told her that school does not start until August. I have Drill this weekend and my flight chief is supposed to be putting me in for promotion. Yeah E-6 AKA Technical Sergent. Just to put things my honey retired as an e-7, I might out rank him before my time is up. Then I can give the orders. Just kidding

Today I went and registered for classes again. This semester I'm taking English and PSYCH. I'm taking a bone head English. I'm not even going to bother with the placement test. I know I need to start from the very bottom. Ryleigh has two days of school left and next year she will be a big bad kindergartner. Time flies. Dustin is doing so well at potty training that I think he will be ready for pre school by August. They gave Dee five cases to work on so, I think that he is feeling a bit overwhelmed. I had a root canal yesterday. I can hardly open my mouth to eat. But no more hot cold sensitive, and I got to keep my tooth. The picture is from last night after I took his hair down. Finals are over. Ryleigh is in her last week of school. Dustin is doing really good potty training. Dee has one more week of training and then he does not have to go to Macon. Mothers day was OK. Ryleigh was sick Sat. and Sun fever of 102, Sore throat, and Puking. Poor baby. Today she is doing a lot better. Fever is about 98.8 so, things are looking good. I have been doing a lot of training with the post office. I'm so slow. I did good on Saturday. I made good time on my route. Today was a different story, It took me forever to deliver the business portion of our route. Now that I know were everything is I hope it goes quicker, and I think that my boss hopes the same thing. I passed both of my classes Not with the A that I wanted I got an 89 in Western Civilization and a 78 in computers. The final killed me. So who is going to send me money for my report card????? Anyway the picture is just another cute on of my dirty kids.

What a mess,

I have tried for over a week to get into my account. I have not had a whole lot of time to do it but every time I tried it told me that I had the wrong password. Anyway, A lot has happened and a lot is happening. I started my job at the Post office, Dustin and I have had the Flu. Ryleigh is doing good in school. Dee is doing a lot of training for his job. I have finals this week and I have to got to three days of Postal academy. As you can tell it is crazy in Georgia. For the first time in Six years we did not even look at the Kentucky Derby. So after this week things should slow down. The top picture is Ry and Dustin playing in the dirt. The picture of Dustin is my little guy with the flu. He lost two pounds.

Another week has gone by. In the past week I have been to the ER for an infection in my gums. The first part of the week I was on pain killers and antibiotics. I did a lot of sleeping. My neighbors made dinner for Dee and watched kids two days in a row while I slept. I love them their great I'm sad that next Saturday the are moving. Now I have to drive to go see them.

Dustin and Ryleigh have had a chance to play at lots of park. Dustin is on and off with his potty training. Some days he really like it other I will change big boy pants three times in an hour. Ryleigh is happy to be back at school, she was just on spring break. I missed my first week of Post office training, now we have to reschedule the training. I finished painting Dustin's room so that his new big boy bed would look good in it. He looks so happy his big bed. I'm sad to see the crib go.

It was very cold here the past few weeks, So my grass and my garden are struggleing to make it. I don't know if the tomatos will pull through but I think that everything else is doing OK. I had a mid terms this week so I have not been getting much sleep. I got a 90% on my Western Civilatation quizz and a 77% on intro to computers midterm. :( I dummed about that one because I studied so hard. Anyway, Dee is enjoying working close to home. He gets an hour lunch break, so we get to see him in the middel of the day it is great. Here is a picture of all of us on Easter I did not want to post it because I look like a cow, only my polka dots a pink not white. However the kids and Dee look cute. So I won't be selfish.

We had a Happy Easter. All of us got up and went to church. Dee's church not mine, but we went as a family. Yesterday we died eggs, and today we had an Easter egg hunt. Ry and Dustin had a good time the looked so cute. We ate Easter dinner at the neighbors house. Dee had to go and volunteer at the Golf course so he missed dinner. I'm still holding my own in my classes. Dee is doing a lot of reading at work until he goes through his training. So love you all.

Sorry it has been a while since my last post. My garden is making progress, My Lilly's have started to bloom, my corn is sprouting up, and my grass is getting green. This past Saturday the babies went to an Easter egg hunt on base with the neighbors. Dustin got a prize for being the first kid there. We think that he really one it because the commander thought he was a cutie. Ryleigh did not want anything to do with egg hunt. What a grump. On Monday I had to take both kids to the DR. to find out why their eyes were running and throats hurt. Just as I suspected they have allergies. Dee started his new job yesterday, so far it is going pretty good. I'm doing good in school but I dont have much time for anything else.

I might have a green thumb. It has been a week and I'm already seeing the sprouts. My lawn is getting really green. The kids have had a lot of time to play outside, because I'm out there so much. I think that I might make my garden bigger so I can put in some fruit. I thought that Dustin might have pink eye. He was rubbing them and they were running so I thought I would give him some allergy medicine and now he is OK for now. My first assignments were turned in and I have a 90 in one class and a 95 in another. I hope I can keep my A's. So back to school work I go. See some of my garden progress.

The past few days have been fun and eventful. We went to the beach on Sunday with the neighbors on all of there friends. Ryleigh had a lot of kids to play with. Dustin spent most of his time digging on the beach. I spent a lot of time in the water body boarding. I had a good time. I was sore the next morning. I did not know that I used as many muscles as I did. Ry did not have school on Monday, but I did not go anywhere I have a lot of reading to do for this week's assignments. Yuck. I don't miss that aspect of school.

It has been a busy week. Instead of doing blogs I have been doing homework. Ryleigh went to the movies with one of her friends from school today. They saw TMNT. The kids mom said that they like it. Dustin and I have also been busy in the yard. Today we finished a small veggie garden. (With the help of the neighbors) They did not have to help, but they did. I think it is because they know they will reap the benefits of the garden if it grows. I have planted town rose bushes, some Lilli's, little palm trees, four bulbs, corn, tomato's, bell peppers, cucumbers, sage, some grass seed, and some other herb. If it all works I will have a great looking yard and some yummy vegetables. This is my before picture's. I will post the after pictures later. The other new is I'm an official employee of the US post office. I start on the 14th of April, part time.

So, we have been married for Six years. Not without its drama. Yesterday we went and played a round of golf. and today we are going to spend the day with the babies and go to dinner as a family. Congratulations to Dev and Nate on the newest addition to there family, born today. Can't wait to see the pictures. Dee took Ryleigh to the Golf course this morning after she got out of school and let her swing at some balls. She had fun. Today is my first official day back in school. Dustin has just been home relaxing with his mom all day. I have some pictures of the babies from a few days ago. They would not stand still so here are a few action photos I managed to get. Today I did not wake up to take Ryleigh to school. Dee and I were up all night with Dustin. The pollen is so bad down here it has all of us congested and sneezing. Only Dustin can't sleep because he is being hit the hardest. Today I went an played nine holes at the golf course, then I stopped at the Base Exchange and bought some bulbs and Rose bushes. It was such a nice day if it did not tale an hour to get to the beach I would have been up their today. And it is official I start my first College class on the 19th of March. I'm taking two classes. Intro to computers and Western civilization I. I hope that I Do well it has been so long I don't even Think I remember what grammar is. Then after Dee got home I washed the cars. Now it is time to put the babies to bed.

It was a great day to go to the beach. After Ryleigh got out of school we packed up and headed to Tybee Island to catch some Rays with the neighbors. Ryleigh was very excited to go. Buy the time we got there it was two thirty and the clouds were coming in. Ryleigh and Dustin were determined to have a good time. They played with Matt an Chelsea in the water and did site seeing with dad. Buy the end of the day the were exhausted and ready for bed. We had a good family day out and that is all that matters.

We are making progress. This morning Dustin took off his pamper threw it away and got on the potty. I tried to put a pamper back on him and he had a cow. So I tried the big boy pants. A few minutes later he took those off threw them away and got on the potty. So I had to dig Thomas the train undies out of the garbage. If I can get him trained before the school year starts he can go to pre school. The exterminator is coming this afternoon. I found a brown recluse in my bathroom. I'm pretty sure that that is what it was I sure hope that I'm wrong. It must be to cold outside for them. Anyway we have to go pick up my little girl.
