We finally did it. It is official Sierra is as good as here on the 31st of May. So if you want to see her you have until the end of June. I hope that she is as excited as we are. As of today I go back to working the night shift. Today I gave Dustin his first sucker. He sucked on it for about 15 minutes then he decided that it was more fun watching his hands stick together. It is after 2:00 and he is still awake. Note to self no candy ever. Ryleigh enjoyed her sucker too. Only she kept asking for another sucker. Dee went and played 9 holes. I went and tanned. So now it is time to go to bed. See if I can get a couple of hours in before work.

The babies are watching Tom and Jerry eating popcorn it is so cute. They were being nice to each other the were both sitting on the rocking chair. Then one of the two started to get greedy with the popcorn. So now they are both on the floor making a huge mess. Dee is going to go to the movies tonight. I'm going to stay home and study. I have a test to take in the morning. I don't have much else to say so enjoy the pictures.

What a week. Dee is a happy camper the weather has been nice so he has had a chance to take his bike out. Now that it has it's new pipes. Daddy took the babies to the park it wore them out. Sleep well babies. I have had a couple busy days at work so I have not been in the mood to sit and write. So I'm sorry for being lazy. As a matter of fact the man of the house is looking over my shoulder at my typing skills. He does not want me to look like a fool when I spell things wrong. I went in to my class today and tomorrow I have to teach one. But the busier I am the faster the days go by. I have to take a test on Tuesday. So I got Monday off. I took a couple of pictures of the kids hammin it up so enjoy.

Mr. And Mrs. Dickerson left this morning:(
We had a good time. Ryleigh and Dustin had a great time. They got spoiled. Yesterday granny went and bought them a little set of plastic golf clubs. They had fun trying to play with them in the end they became sibling beating devices. So we had to put them up. Dee went out to the golf course and played 9 holes. He said that it was to muddy for him. I went out and tanned. The rest of the day is filled with American Idol and twisting Dee's hair. We are all exhausted. So it might be an early night.

Yesterday Dee and his Father went out and played some golf. Mrs. Dickerson stayed home with the babies while I worked. This morning Mrs Dickerson and I went out to catch the Casino boat. I had some medication that helped with the sea sick issues I had the first time I went out. I felt a lot better this time around. I did not win a dime as a matter of fact Mrs. Dickerson and I came out with our tales between our legs. But we had fun doing it. And it was easy to find. Meanwhile Dee and Pop's were on kid duty. So they just sat around building memories. I call todays picture ice cream before bed.

Sorry I have not dropped a line for a few days. Dee's cousin John Stallard aka (J.E.) came by the house he had some work to do on the roads here in hinesville.. And the long awaited arrival of Granny and Grandaddy Dickerson. They came bearing gifts. Today I had to go to work for training. We got to shoot the 12 gage shot gun. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I am good. Out of the 45 rounds that spray on the target I got 42. Only one other guy did as well as I did. He also got 42. So word to the wise (all of Ryleighs future boyfriends) you better run faster then I can shoot. Because this mother is a good shot. Mrs Dickerson and I went out to see if we could catch the Casino Boat. But we missed it. I guess we saved some money tonight. So we went to Shoney's and got some desert. Dustin and Ryleigh have been showing all of there best quality's today. I bet they are different kids tomorrow. Pops was worn out from the ride over. As you can clearly see in the picture.

Well, Harley is not eating yet.
It might be because I keep giving him table scraps but he will not eat any of his food. He always waited for peanut to eat then it was his turn. Dustin and Ryleigh are keeping there daddy busy. The Job hunt is still on. It seems that know one in the state of Georgia is hiring. Unless you want to be a street cop. Wal-mart is not even hiring. Now he is just putting applications in all over the place. He better be careful what he asks for.
Dustin just learned that he can pull the chair out from under the table, and that he can climb all the way to the top. So daddy is working overtime until Dustin understands what no means.

Back to work tomorrow. That will be good for me. I have not felt like doing much. On Friday I went up to a friends house in Savannah. We went out to eat. Dee went and worked at the Golf course that whole day Friday. Ryleigh and Dustin went to the store with me yesterday. We bought some grocer's. Harley has not eaten anything except a few little table scraps hear and there. I think he is very depressed. I gave him a bath yesterday and threw his ball for him for like a hour. Ryleigh has asked about Peanut a few times. We told her that Peanut is not coming home he went to heaven. Dee went out and saw a movie last night. I don't know what it was but he said that it was very good.

Peanut. 26 November 2001 - 17 February 2006

When we brought him home he fit in a cat carrying bag. Dee called me and said that he had something for me. I heard a puppy playing in the background. I said, "I already know what it is." I said, "you got me a puppy." Dee already had his name picked out. Before Dee left for vacation to KY. I just had my first sonogram of Ryleigh, she was no bigger then a peanut. That is what we called her in the picture. So when he got peanut he had that name stuck in his head. That is how Peanut got his name. He was so spoiled before we had Ryleigh. Peanut knew when it was four o'clock. Every day we went out and played in puppy play group. Peanut was one of the original founders. Before we left Colorado there were over fourteen dogs that came to play every day. Peanut was even there when my water broke. Dee missed it. And before we got back from the hospital he chewed up our brand new futon. He never chewed up a shoe in his life but he did get a $300.00 futon matters. He moved with us to Phoenix. Then he was introduced to Harley. They quickly became best buddies. But that ended the hot dog a day, and the soft food mixed with the dry food, and the the pig ear every morning. They both fought over them to much. One day the exterminator came over and left the back gate open. Peanut and Harley both took advantage of the moment. Someone picked up peanut but Harley was smart and hid behind a bush. Three days later we got a call and peanut was happy to be back. He also got to take a walk with our niece Morgan. It was over 100 degrees and her and peanut got lost. When we found both of them peanut had heat stroke and his paws were burned. But, Harley helped nurse him back to health and he was back to himself. Then we moved to Tucson and Nutty came with us. As a matter of fact he was the first one to take a dip in the pool. I found him hanging on for his life on the edge of the pool. Then we took a trip across the country to our present location. We came close to losing Peanut more then once. But we got him back every time. Peanut was so good with the kids. He let them climb all over him grab his nubby tail pull on his ears and he never had a problem. Peanut the first member of Dee and I's life together. Peanut will always be with us. I felt like a child watching there mom or dad leave without them. When Dee loaded him in the car. I just wanted him to come back. We have a lot of great memories of Peanut. So to our nutty nutty we love you and you will be missed.

Happy Valentines Day!!

I got a card an a really big balloon. And the unconditional love of an awesome man. He got a CD(The Best of Bonnie Rate) and a card. Ryleigh and Dustin both got a card from there aunt Fay. They both had a good time opening them. Ryleigh asked me were the Christmas Tree was. We were going to go to dinner but we did not want to fight the crowds. The restaurant will always be there. Dee went and played 18 Holes. I went and tanned a cleaned the truck. So Tomorrow I am in charge at work again. That's right I have the power. Sunday was my first time in charge. It was cool though. As long as everyone that I work with does what they are supposed to. The next two days should be just as easy.

I have been on the computer all day. I have been working on our taxes. It looks like uncle Sam got the very best of us. So a little advise for all the folks out there. Never sell you house before you have lived in it for two years, and if you might make a prophet. I got stuck on our Georgia Taxes So I will call an accountant provided by the Military and ask them what I should do. Dee went out and played 21 holes of golf. He gave up after 12 the first time around. He was having a bad game. Then he went and played another Nine to redeem himself. It was very cold this morning and all day so Ryleigh & Dustin were forced once again to chase each other around the house and pick on each other.

Friday, February 10, 2006

Dee bought Ryleigh a Kite because she kept asking for one. It has been cold but they went out and tried to fly it yesterday. Dustin was taking a nap. So They flew strawberry shortcake a couple times. She does not understand the pulling to keep it in the air, so it kept nose diving when she took the reins. But he said that she had fun. Today she took a long nap it seems that once a week she takes a really long nap. Then she is juiced up for another week. Last night Dee told Dustin to go give mommy kisses and hugs. He did it. He is growing up to quick. Smart little guy. The pictured in todays blog is a picture of the never enging battle with Dustin and the computer chair.

We had a good day. We packed the family in the car and headed to Jaxonville. We finally got to bet a horse. I was seeing them pretty well today Dee was not as skilled as me today. At least I hit a race. It paid 27 dollars and some change to win. Yeah me. Ryleigh and Dustin ran and ran. Ryleigh loves to see the dogs run. So we watched some of them run a couple times. Ryleigh took one of the disposable cameras and told us to say cheese while she took a picture. She Dustin to say Cheese. He made a noise that sounded a little bit like cheese. It was so cute. I have not had the strength to take nutty to the Vet. I can't get over the fact that he eats and wags his tail. So We still have our stumbling doggy.

Monday, February 06, 2006

I tried to be happy. Nutty was wagging his tail he was happy. So was Doodles(Harley). Ryleigh and Dustin did not stray from the norm today. They ran back and forth down the halls and around the kitchen screaming at the top of there lungs. At least that is what Dee said, they did all day. We have along day ahead of us. I took leave tomorrow so that I could have a three day weekend and finally get the Durango back. Hopefully good enough to keep it for more then a week. If you have noticed on the right side of the page I have a list of names. If you click on the name it will take you to there Blog.

I'm back. I'm tired.
I walked over ten miles yesterday. My legs hurt. But it's all part of the gig. Dee stayed home with the babies. He watched a lot of golf and the superbowl. No pictures of me racked out on the bed. I think the only reason I woke up was because I was Hungary. Dustin started shaking his head and saying no. When we tell him no. It is so cute. Ryleigh loves keeping her Dad on his toes all day long. She knows how to keep herself entertained. On a very sad note peanut can hardly stand Dee has to help him up. I think that I have prolonged his suffering enough. He keeps having seizures. So after we get the Durango back. We will take all the right steps to bring peanuts suffering to and end. I can't be selfish anymore. But it hurts so bad to see him this way. He still has the same heart wags his tail when you pet him but that is about the only thing he has going for him.

Thursday, February 02, 2006

It is raining cats and dogs we already have 1 1/2 inches. We are supposed to get another 2. I hope that it clears up by this weekend. I have to go out to the field for some combat training. Dee will be home with the babies we won't get a day off until Monday. Peanut is not getting any better. He falls on his back and can't get his balance. I hate to pull his card , but we both hate to see him suffer. He still has a good apatite. So what do all of you think we should do? Does anyone know a good Vet. Ryleigh is getting very good at talking to me on the phone. So maybe if you give her a call she will talk your ear off too. The fuzz on the right side of the picture Is Ryleigh trying to get involved.

Tuesday, January 31, 2006

Dustin woke up early today so that means that the day starts early for everyone. I was going to golf but I thought it was to cold. So Dee went and played 18 holes. When he got back we decided that we needed to take Peanut to the Vet. He said that he might have a tumor. But he needed to call some Dr. In Jacksonville. So nothing new. I went to take Ryleigh to the Movies to watch Hoodwinked but I forgot my purse. So I took her across the street to kroger's and bought her a candy with the change I had. On our way out Ryleigh said that she wanted a balloon. I did not have anymore change. But the lady at the floral counter said that she had a balloon she could have. So Ryleigh took the balloon and said thank you. When we got home Dustin wanted one so I went back to the store and got another balloon. so now they are both going to wear themselves out playing with balloons.

It felt good to sleep in today. We went and picked the Durango up from the dealership this morning. They tried to charge me for a diagnostic test. They must have been out of there minds. I was in there on the 20th of January and they told me the same thing only this time they found out what was really wrong with it which is what they should have done the first time I was there. We need a new catalytic converter. So I will take it somewhere else to get a second opinion. On a much better note. The diploma showed up today. I tried to convince him to put the cap and gown on, but he would not bite. So why did I pay for a cap and gown? I did get him to take a picture. He is a happy man today. He also went and played a round of golf. So I think he had a good day.

Sunday, January 29, 2006

Ryleigh is getting better at talking on the phone. I talk to her for about 15 minutes while I was on my way home. She even put the phone to be. She said, that she was putting me to bed the seconds later she would ask me if I was awake. Then she would tell me to hold on a minute. Then she would say, "OK I'm back." It was so cute I did not have the heart to hang up with her. Hit some more golf balls out at work today. The part that sucks is shagging all of them. It is like fifty two card pick up, only I have to walk a couple of yards between each card. But the price we pay to have fun. Dustin loves to play peek-a-boo now. Only he has to have control over the towel that is over his face. What a ham. Last but not least, The man of the house watched tiger win his golf tournament. Golfing world watch out tiger is at it again.

What a tough day at work. Not really. Weekends are always very easy. But this weekend was very nice. We did what we had to do. My partner and I did some patrolling then we went to the canal with a couple of the other guys and went fishing. One of the guys caught a baby bass. So we put it back. And the other guy caught some type of gray round fish. We put them both back. Then after we did more work we went to an empty field and hit some golf balls. The fun part was hitting them the crappy part was picking them all up. But that is why we get paid the big money. Dee and the baby's had a typical day. They went out in the backyard and played then they took a nap. Then they watched a few shows. I took the camera to work to get some snapshots but I forgot to take pictures. I will post them tomorrow. So now I am worn out and ready to call it a day.
