Today we spent the day out and about. Dee went to play a round of golf. He had to stop at nine because it started to rain. When he got back I went an tanned then I got my nails done. When I got home Dee went to see if he could get in nine more holes and I took the kids to the new play area. It is called Cypress Sam's tree house. You should have see Dustin he tried so hard to climb a section of the play area. He never lost his temper he just tried an tried. He used all of his muscles to try and get up to the next level but he never got there. It was so cute to see him try so hard. After we finish at Cypress Sam's we went to the golf course to try out the new golf clubs that granny Dickerson gave them for Christmas. Ryleigh did a good job with her putting. As her Daddy game around to go to the 10th hole Ryleigh said that she wanted to ride in the cart. Dee could not tell his daughter no. especially after she said, Dad can I go with you. Her Dad said I don't think so. Then Ry said, But I got the ball in the hole. She wanted her dad to know that she was good enough to play. So they went to hole ten and Dustin and I parked around by the 11th hole so we could pick her up. It started to rain again. So we got home and the garbage disposal feel off. So Dee had to deal with that.

Dee has been in Albany Georgia for the last two days. So, the kids and I decided that to day we wold go to the new play area on Post. It is very nice play area. It costs two dollars a person. The kids had so much fun. After all the fun was over we got home and took down all the Christmas lights and the tree. Ryleigh said that she would miss the tree. They are still busy playing with all of the Christmas gifts. This year they got stuff with lots of little parts. Santa must not have been thinking clearly when he did that. Dustin keeps telling me there is a monster in his closet. and I can't take him out of his bed until I open the door. It's cute.
I still have a lot of pictures from Louisville so I am going to post more of the for all of you to enjoy.

We had a good Christmas in Kentucky. We had to come back a little sooner because Dee has training tomorrow. Mr. and Mrs. Dickerson had everyone come over to there house for Christmas. They were lucky enough to have all of there kids in the same house for Christmas. Ryleigh and Dustin had many days that they just got worn out, as illustrated in the picture above. While we were up there Dee had a chance to Bet some horses and I went to the casino. For those who care we did not make a dime. I have a lot of pictures to post. They might tell the story better then me. Any way we all enjoyed our time with the family. The picture of dee with the beeds was on Christmas eve. We were at Connies watching Ross play the Hawaii bowl game. Good times.

Monday the Neighbors came over. We had our little gift exchange. We got some gifts for them and they got some gifts for us. So we decided that Monday was a good day to to exchange. Ryleigh played Santa. Dee was the first to open the gift. They got him a University of Hawaii T-shirt. Ryleigh got a Christmas Barbie, I got a Yankee Candle, and Dustin got a Transformer.

It was a good night Dustin was frustrated with the transformer, because he could not figure it out. It got thrown a couple times. That same night Dustin found a pen and decided to write all over the walls. Thank goodness for Semi Gloss Paint. We are excited for Christmas with family. See you all soon.

Today Ryleigh was invited over to the neighbor's house to decorate ginger bread houses and sugar cookies. They invited a couple other girls Ryleigh's age. For the most part, Ryleigh just wanted to play with her friend Susan. They always have fun together. I did the whole house while she played. Dustin just ran around the house causing the usual trouble. Dee went to Macon yesterday to put in some time for his mentoring job. When he got back he came over and got Dustin. Not to long after that Dustin fell asleep with his head on the stool and his knees on the floor. Poor baby. So Ry decided to paint one sugar cookie. Then she was off again. So tonight Dee has a fever and a sinus infection. Poor baby. Yesterday Ryleigh was complain that her tummy hurt. I took her out of the truck at the PX so they could go play and she threw up. Poor baby.

Today was Ryleigh's Christmas party. They had lots of candy and little gifts for all the kids. I took some good pictures. Dustin came to the party too. He had another late night. He did not go to bed until 12:30. I don't think he knows how to get himself to sleep. Ryleigh got a pony from her gift exchange buddy. She could not wait to get home and play with it. It was the last day of school until the second of January. So after my job interview on the 20th we will go visit the family. I also got pulled over today right as I pulled into Ryleighs school he flipped on his lights. He asked If I pulled in to get away from him. Of course I said no. I told him it was my daughters school. He said that I was going 62 in a 45. He saw my law enforcement sticker when I was looking for my registration, and asked if I was law enforcement and I told him that I was. So to make a long story even longer he let me go with a warning. Hurray for the blue and black sticker.

Time for another update. Ryleigh is going to have a Christmas party at school so I went to the store and bought candy canes and Christmas sports bottles for all the kids in Ry's class. The candy canes are for the classic candy Cane reindeer. I will take a picture when I finish them. I spent the last two days babysitting for on of the kids at Ry's school. Their mom had to have her Gal Bladder removed. So I had her Five month old and her four year old. Ryleigh stayed busy the whole time. The Five month old sleeps better then my two year old. Last night Dustin was up at 12:00 am and went back to bed at 4:30 am. I don't know how he is functioning. Ryleigh is learning so much she can spell mom, dad, and dog. She loves to write.

Thank goodness for good neighbors. We really got lucky having the Hargises move in next door. They wanted to take Ryleigh and Dustin to the Hinesville Christmas parade, so naturally we let them. Dee and I had a date night. We went to Ruby Tuesday's for dinner then we saw a movie, (Deja Vu) I don't think that is how you spell it, but it was a very good movie. They said that Ryleigh had a good time, but Dustin slept through the whole thing. I had Chelsea take my camera and she got a couple of good shots.

Tomorrow I go back into make up my October guard drill because I was on orders. So, now I have two days to make up. I have been trying to exercise two times a day. That way I won't beat myself up if I only work out once. So far I'm doing pretty good. This morning I took Ryleigh into school early so I could take the neighbors mom into Jacksonville. Dustin went to bed late last night and has not slept well for about four days. So, around 11:30 our little man decided to go to sleep and he slept until 4:00. He woke up a new kid. Ryleigh also decided that she wanted to have a photo shoot so I took pictures of he and she posed herself and told me when I could take the picture. What a doll.

I had Guard Drill this weekend so I did not have much time to take pictures. Ryleigh is doing very well in school and she has quite a few friends. A few days ago we were a the store and we saw one of her class mates there. They waved and the little boy (Blake) said " I love you Ryleigh." It was cute. Dustin has been very cranky. He has not been sleeping well at all. All I can do is treat his symptoms. He is not eating like he usually does. But he probably full from all the junk that he has been swallowing. I got a FLU shot yesterday so my arm hurts. But I will take that pain over the Flu any day. That just about raps it up for the weekend.
I have a picture from a few days ago. It is Dee's good friend from his Army days Big Daddy. Good looking men arn't they?
